I recently gave a talk at Unity Spiritual Centre (Ottawa and Kitchener) about a topic that runs consistently through A Course in Miracles, that of:

My Little Willingness

In contemplating how to explain this idea, I was guided to share a personal experience, one that I believe many can relate to, but which you can substitute for whatever seemingly difficult or conflictive situation you may be facing.

The 20-minute talk is followed by a short meditation on willingness.
