A WALKING Trilogy!

As I was looking at all the books we’ve published over the years, I noticed that we are doing quite a bit of walking!

We certainly didn’t plan it that way. And yet, each book reflects that continual inner movement, that expansion into the Light that is eternally present, the Love that is our true Identity.

I began WALKING FOR PEACE alone, following a Call that I believed was taking me back to what I considered my origins in the world; but that, in truth, was leading me to consider my true origins as Spirit, as Light, as what is eternally Formless and Boundless. That path back to my origins brought a companion who not only shared that same calling, but who would become the mirror to show me all the fears, beliefs, expectations and memories within me that needed healing. As I would do with him. That Which Called Us knew that this relationship would support our joint return to Wholeness, to our shared Identity as Love, all the more quickly.

WALKING ALONE, although written afterward, was in many ways the foundation for being able to walk to Jerusalem. I could not have done it had I not been practicing (and continually refining) all the mental, emotional and spiritual teachings I had learned until then. Facing the fears. Being willing to heal them and see them differently. Trusting that Inner Guide and Teacher. Discerning Its Voice. Feeling Its Love and Presence. Surrendering to Its Guidance.

It naturally led to WALKING A COURSE IN MIRACLES, which is a return to the awareness of the Love that merely is. The Love that binds us to each other as brothers, and to our One Creator. The Love that is our true Identity. Writing it felt like a homecoming, the coming together of all the pieces of a spiritual puzzle, safely held in an Eternal Present, from where Love can shine in peace and bless all that it looks upon. It is inspired by the classic spiritual text A COURSE IN MIRACLES, to which Alberto and I have been dedicated students for several years.

May the Love that has inspired all these writings continue to shine upon all who feel called to walk.
